This week, not much was done with the code for the project due to Bibi being out of the country. Once getting back, some more research was completed as to how the code will be tested. This was already discovered in the previous week, but due to the code running and no output being seen, further research was completed to verify whether an external camera is needed. Based on the research that was done, the program should function with a laptop webcam efficiently. The output of the code written, should appear as a live video of the person's hand moving as with the MediaPipe hand point layered over the user's hand to show it moving with the person; see image below.
The image seen above is from a creator that was able to successfully get the expected output after using the OpenCV and MediaPipe modules in python.
